  • Weeks 4-6: Reclaim Your Identity & Self-Worth
    Move beyond the labels, mum, partner, employee, and reconnect with your identity deep down. With practical tools and reflective exercises, you’ll strengthen your self-worth and practise self-acceptance. You'll walk away with more clarity around who you are and what you truly need.

  • Weeks 7-8: Time, Energy & Boundaries That Actually Work
    Audit your time and energy, set boundaries that stick, and create rhythms that work for your real life with kids, work, and everything in between, so you can feel more spacious, present, and in control of what matters.

  • Weeks 9-10: Redefine Success & Visualise Your Future
    Let go of outdated expectations and the pressure to meet everyone else's needs. You’ll reflect on what truly matters to you as a working mum and define what success looks like on your terms. Together, we’ll map out a simple, values-aligned plan so you can take confident steps toward a future that supports both your ambitions and your wellbeing.

Integration:

  • 1 x 1:1 coaching session with Amélie to define a clear and practical action plan that works for your unique life and priorities

  • 3 x Group coaching calls (recorded so you don’t miss out)

  • Weekly audio or video with the focus for the week

  • Simple tools you can use at your own pace to fit your schedule, around 30 minutes per week or just 5 minutes a day
